Position: Influencer Marketing Intern (Celebrity Management)

Roles & Responsibilities:

 Assist in developing and executing brand strategies, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.

 Support pre-sales activities including research, client presentations, proposal preparation, and coordination with the sales team.

 Contribute to post-sales activities such as campaign execution, client servicing, reporting, and performance tracking.

 Maintain brand guidelines and ensure communication aligns with the brand's image.

 Coordinate with celebrities/influencer – from shortlisting and outreach to campaignexecution, shoots, events, and promotions.

 Assist in organizing and supervising outdoor shoots with the team for the assigned brand.

 Support in building partnerships, collaborations, and managing agency relationships.

 Ensure all activities comply with marketing objectives and legal/ethical standards.

Required Skills:

 Graduate with a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

 Strong interest in brand management, sales processes, and celebrity/influencer marketing.

 Basic understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and digital/social media trends.  Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

 Creative thinker with attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

 Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

 Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
