We are looking for a Full Stack Team Lead with strong expertise in modern web technologies, architecture design, and end-to-end application development. The ideal candidate will lead and mentor a team of developers, drive scalable and high-performing solutions, and ensure seamless delivery across the entire software development lifecycle, with exposure to AI-driven automation and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of front-end and back-end JavaScript developers.
  • Architect, design, and review scalable full stack solutions.
  • Manage sprint planning, task allocation, and delivery timelines.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define requirements.
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
  • Ensure application performance, security, and maintainability.
  • Oversee integration with APIs, databases, and third-party services.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging JavaScript frameworks, tools, and trends.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in full stack JavaScript development with 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, , and at least one front-end framework (React, Angular).
  • Knowledge in will have added advantage.
  • Experience with databases (MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL).
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Excellent problem-solving, team leadership, and communication skills.
