Roles & Responsibilities:Technical Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering collaboration, technical growth, and continuous improvement.

Stay current with emerging technologies and guide the team in adopting relevant tools and frameworks.

Project Ownership & Delivery:

Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with timelines, quality benchmarks, and client expectations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, QA, DevOps, Product Management) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and business objectives.

Development and Coding:

Engage hands-on in coding and development, ensuring adherence to best practices.

Implement microservices-based and API-driven architectures for modular and reusable systems.

Conduct code reviews and enforce quality through CI/CD and automated testing.

Client & Stakeholder Collaboration:

Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.

Ensure transparency and alignment between client expectations and project execution.

Required Skillset:

Strong hands-on experience in full stack development using modern frameworks (JavaScript, , React etc)

Proficiency in building RESTful APIs, microservices, and server-side applications

Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).

Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially AWS or Azure.

In-depth understanding of microservices architecture and SAAS product development.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring capabilities.

Experience in API security, performance optimization, and container orchestration (Kubernetes).(Preferred)

Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies and sprint-based delivery. (Preferred)
