We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented E-commerce Graphic Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that enhance product presentation, improve conversion rates, and maintain brand consistency across all e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design high-quality visuals for product listings (e.g., hero images, lifestyle images, infographics, banners)
  • Create and optimize graphics for websites, email campaigns, digital ads, and social media
  • Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and are optimized for e-commerce performance (A/B testing, mobile-first design, speed optimization)
  • Retouch, edit, and enhance product photography
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and web development teams
  • Prepare files for web use with proper resolution, size, and formats
  • Stay up to date with e-commerce design trends and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing)
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma/Canva experience is a plus
  • Basic understanding of UX/UI and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
  • Understanding of file formats, compression, and responsive design
  • Portfolio showcasing e-commerce or digital design work

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Shopify, Amazon, or other e-commerce platforms
  • Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS is a plus
  • Familiarity with SEO and visual merchandising
