Job Title: Graphic Designer – E-commerce BrandLocation:Mumbai (On-site)Experience:3–5 YearsAbout the RoleWe’re looking for acreative, detail-oriented graphic designerto shape the visual identity of a fast-growingcosmetics, food, and lifestyle e-commerce brand .The ideal candidate has a refined aesthetic sense, a deep understanding ofvisual storytelling , and the ability to create designs that driveconversion while maintaining brand elegance .You’ll collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to bring campaigns to life acrossdigital, e-commerce, and social platforms .Key ResponsibilitiesBrand & Creative DesignDevelopvisually cohesive brand assets —digital banners, product packaging, mailers, lookbooks, and landing pages.Translate brand guidelines into elegant, premium visual expressions across all channels.Designproduct visuals, lifestyle imagery, and campaign graphicsthat reflect aspirational luxury and emotional storytelling.Collaborate with photographers, stylists, and content writers to ensure visual synergy across campaigns.E-commerce & Performance DesignCreateAmazon A+ content, Flipkart listings, product detail pages,and carousel banners optimized for conversions.Design engagingads for Meta, Google, and YouTube —balancing brand tone with performance impact.Developrich-media creatives, infographics, and packaging mockupsthat enhance product appeal and trust.Understand marketplace layout, hero image best practices, and visual hierarchy to maximize CTR.Social & Campaign CreativesDesign high-impact creatives for Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and email campaigns.Work closely with influencer and marketing teams to adapt designs intotrend-aligned, scroll-stopping content.Ideate seasonal and festive campaign visuals that feel global yet rooted in the brand’s aesthetic.Process & CollaborationMaintain consistency in design language across all touchpoints.Participate in brainstorming sessions for upcoming launches and product lines.Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising on quality.Stay updated with design, beauty, and e-commerce visual trends to keep the brand ahead of the curve.Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, fine arts, or a related field.3+ years of experiencein designing forD2C or e-commerce brands(cosmetics, lifestyle, fashion, or FMCG preferred).Expertise inAdobe Creative Suite(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere/After Effects is a plus).Understanding ofvisual merchandising for marketplaces(Amazon, Flipkart, and quick commerce platforms).Knowledge of UI/UX design basics and responsive digital layouts.Strong sense of typography, color, and composition aligned with luxury aesthetic.Eye for photography direction and product styling (bonus).You’re a Perfect Fit If YouHave aneye for aesthetics and brand storytelling.Can shift easily betweenpremium lifestyle designandhigh-performance e-commerce creatives.Thrive in a fast-paced environment where creativity meets business.Are passionate aboutbeauty, design, and creating visuals that make people stop and feel.Why Join UsWork with afast-growing, design-driven e-commerce brandredefining modern luxury.Be part of a creative team that valuescraftsmanship, minimalism, and emotion.Opportunity to own creative direction for new product lines and global campaigns.Competitive compensation, learning culture, and creative freedom.
