About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior MERN Stack Developer to join our team and lead the development of our ecommerce project. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in and MongoDB, with additional experience in You will be responsible for architecting, building, and optimizing scalable web applications while guiding junior developers in the team.

  • Manage database architecture, queries, and performance tuning with MongoDB.
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to team growth.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for maximum performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer (MERN stack).
  • Strong expertise in (hooks, state management, performance optimization).
  • Proficiency in MongoDB, including schema design and aggregation pipelines.
  • Good knowledge of for backend development.
  • Solid experience with and
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, payment gateways, and authentication systems is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP preferred).
