Executive Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced and versatile Senior MERN Stack Engineer to architect, develop, and maintain high-performance, full-stack web applications.

This role requires mastery of the entire MongoDB, , React, and (MERN) stack, with a primary focus on building scalable architecture, secure APIs, and optimized frontend experiences.

Key Responsibilities & Technical Deliverables :

Full-Stack Architecture :

- Architect, design, and develop end-to-end responsive web applications using the complete MERN stack.

- Take ownership of both client-side and server-side components.

Backend Development :

- Implement secure, high-performing REST APIs and server-side logic using and

- Focus on data modeling, efficient database querying in MongoDB, and microservices integration.

Frontend Optimization :

- Drive the development of robust and complex user interfaces using

- Optimize front-end performance, ensuring low load times, high responsiveness, and seamless cross-browser compatibility.

- Security & Best Practices :

- Implement and enforce security best practices, including robust authentication mechanisms (e.g , JWT).

- Utilize Git for version control and enforce code quality standards.

Collaboration & Deployment :

- Collaborate effectively with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other cross-functional teams.

- Deploy and manage containerized applications using tools like Docker (knowledge is preferred).

Required Skills & Technical Expertise :

Mandatory Stack Expertise :

- Deep, hands-on expertise in all components of the MERN Stack: , , , and MongoDB.

Web Fundamentals :

- Expert proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6 ), HTML5, and CSS3.

APIs & Data :

- Strong knowledge of designing, consuming, and securing REST APIs.

- Working knowledge of containerization tools like Docker is highly desirable.
