General Summary:
The TA Operations Manager is a critical member of Warner Bros. Discovery's Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations team. This role is responsible for rolling out best practice with regards to candidate experience across India. The Manager will ensure their direct reports provide a best-in-class recruiting experience to candidates and operational excellence to the Talent Acquisition team across India and wider Asia Pacific region when required.
Key Responsibilities:
· Hands-on management of a team of TA Coordinators, ensuring they are effectively executing their responsibilities to support hiring including interview scheduling and offer management.
· Foster development, maintain high performance standards, and serve as a key escalation point for recruiters, internal stakeholders, and external candidates to drive alignment toward shared Talent Acquisition goals.
· Ensure service level agreements are being met across the team.
· With the support of Talent Acquisition leadership, develop and execute comprehensive project plans for Warner Bros. Discovery enterprise-wide systems, process and policy implementations accounting for local nuances and legislations.
· Drive collaboration with appropriate stakeholders (TA, Centers of Excellence etc.) to accomplish company and team priorities.
- Continually review, manage and optimize recruiting systems, programs and training.
With a focus on local legislation (staying abreast of any changes) and cultural requirements. - Supporting with training of New Joiners (both recruiters & coordinators) on systems and processes.
- Assisting the Talent Acquisition team with operational requests and adhoc projects.
Experience required:
- 10 plus years of experience is required for this role.
- Proven experience leading a team responsible for meeting daily service level agreements (SLAs) and managing high-volume tasks.
- Solid experience in Talent Acquisition Operations with a focus on project management, tools and systems experience.
Experience building, revising, and delivering Recruiting processes from the ground up in a rapidly growing global organization.
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, high-volume, high-pressure environment.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
