Role Description

We're looking for a full-time, office-based Social Media Executive who will not only manage our digital presence but also be the face of our content. You'll be responsible for shooting face-led content, engaging with our audience, and driving growth across platforms.

This role is perfect for someone with on-camera confidence, strong communication skills, and a pulse on social media trends.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)

·      Content Creation & On-Camera Role.

·      Appear in daily/weekly reels, stories, and YouTube shorts as the brand face.

·      Script, plan, and shoot engaging videos around product launches, brand updates, and trends.

·      Ensure content is consistent with ControlZ's premium yet relatable brand voice.

·      Social Media Strategy & Management

·      Build and execute monthly content calendars.

·      Manage ControlZ's Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X handles.

·      Engage with followers through comments, DMs, and interactive content.

·      Performance Tracking & Optimization

·      Analyze content performance weekly.

·      Suggest and implement growth experiments to maximize reach & engagement.

·      Work closely with the marketing team for campaign alignment.

·      Brand Advocacy

·      Represent ControlZ as a trustworthy digital personality.

·      Maintain aspirational communication in all customer-facing content.

·      Participate in offline/online activations if needed.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

15–20 face-led videos per month (reels/shorts/stories).

Monthly follower growth: +10–15% across primary platforms.

Engagement uplift: 20% growth in likes, shares, comments, and saves within 3 months.

At least 2–3 viral videos/month crossing 50K+ views.

90% response rate to comments/DMs within 24 hrs.

Weekly reporting & insights submission.

Requirements

·      Experience managing or creating content for pages with 50K+ followers OR as an influencer with 10K+ audience.

·      Strong camera presence & personality.

·      Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English.

·      Understanding of reels, cultural trends, and youth-driven digital content.

·      Ability to work from office full-time.
