Job Summary:Ambuja Neotia, a renowned real estate and hospitality organization, is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in architecture, specializing in luxury hospitality and real estate projects. The Assistant Manager will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the successful planning, design, and execution of high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality developments.

Key Responsibilities:Architectural Design and Planning: Develop and conceptualize innovative architectural designs for luxury real estate and hospitality projects, ensuring they meet both aesthetic and functional requirements. Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and external vendors to ensure the smooth execution of design concepts. Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Technical Expertise: Provide technical direction in the architectural design and implementation phases, ensuring compliance with safety standards, building codes, and environmental regulations. Design Development: Work on the detailed design and documentation process, including architectural drawings, specifications, and presentations. Client Interaction: Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide creative solutions that align with the vision and objectives of the project.

Site Supervision: Monitor the construction process to ensure the design vision is accurately implemented. Regular site visits to track progress, identify challenges, and resolve issues. Sustainability: Incorporate sustainable design practices and materials into projects, ensuring energy efficiency, environmental compliance, and long-term sustainability.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members including structural engineers, MEP consultants, interior designers, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including design drawings, approvals, and progress reports. Submit regular updates to senior management.

Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution. Experience: 4 to 8 years of experience in architecture, particularly within luxury real estate and hospitality projects. Technical Skills: Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).

Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) is an advantage. Project Management: Strong understanding of project management principles, with the ability to oversee multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Design Sensibility: A keen eye for design aesthetics and attention to detail, particularly in luxury and high-end developments.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Knowledge of Local Codes & Regulations: Familiarity with local building codes, construction standards, and regulations in Kolkata or similar regions. Team Player: Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment while taking initiative and responsibility for individual tasks.

Site Experience: Experience in site execution and managing construction timelines and quality control.
