Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role located in Bangalore. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, managing a team of sales representatives, identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and maintaining customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Sales Management, Business Development, and Relationship Management skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in thesolar inverter in or related field
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
