Job Description

Role: Deputy Manager/ Manager / Sr. Manager Turbine Maintenance

Location: Ratnagiri (JSW Energy Plant)

Department: Turbine Maintenance

Reports to: Section In-charge (Turbine Maintenance)/ HOD

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily, preventive & breakdown maintenance of BFP, CEP, Vacuum Pump, FGD Pumps, Chemical dosing system, Condenser, ACW & CCW system pumps & piping, PHE, Filtration systems, and TG area piping.
• Perform capital overhauling of Turbine and auxiliaries (210 MW and above).
• Manage anti-corrosive coatings in seawater application CW & ACW system pipes.
• Handle inventory and critical spare management.
• Conduct root cause analysis of breakdowns/unplanned shutdowns.
• Inspect procured material, preservation schedule, and indigenization of spares.
• Prepare annual budget for spares, consumables, AMC & services; define scope of work.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain equipment cleanliness.
• Prepare reports Shutdown Report, PM checklist, Safety checklist, and Daily work reports.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: B.Tech. / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 08 years in mechanical maintenance, engineering, project planning & execution (preferably in power plants).
