Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Ticketing Agent based in Hyderabad, India. The primary responsibilities include managing ticket reservations and bookings, assisting customers with travel inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring accuracy in ticketing and reservation processes. The role also involves supporting clients with travel-related information, handling travel and tourism requests, and promoting sales through effective communication with customers.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to provide professional assistance to clients and address their travel needs effectively
  • Experience in Reservations and handling Travel & Tourism-related tasks
  • Proficiency in Sales and ability to promote travel packages and services
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling bookings and ticketing processes
  • Working knowledge of travel booking systems and tools is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site team environment
