We are looking for a Performance Marketing Intern who is passionate about digital marketing, data analytics, and driving measurable results through online campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Support the team in monitoring campaign performance and preparing weekly reports on key metrics like CTR, CPC, conversions, and ROI.

Help in audience targeting, A/B testing, and keyword research to improve campaign efficiency.

Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop creative ad copies, visuals, and landing pages.

Contribute to lead generation campaigns aimed at increasing student enrollment and event participation.

Analyze data using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM dashboards to derive actionable insights.

Assist in managing the school's social media ads and event promotions, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.

Stay updated on latest trends and best practices in digital and performance marketing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or related fields.

Basic understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, and Google Analytics.

Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.

Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.

Creative mindset with an interest in event marketing and brand promotion.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
