Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role at Lezivia Lifesciences located in Ahmedabad. As the Quality Assurance Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing QA processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company protocols, preparing for audits, supervising quality checks, and implementing quality standards across operations. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve quality management systems and resolve quality-related issues efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance principles, including auditing, regulatory compliance, and adherence to WHO standards
  • Proven expertise in process control, quality checks, and documentation within pharmaceutical manufacturing
  • Proficiency in reviewing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other quality records
  • Experience in team management with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry with knowledge of applicable guidelines and certifications is preferred
