
Human Resource Executive

Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist in sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates for hotel positions.
- Manage job postings and coordinate with department heads for staffing needs.
Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact for staff regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Support the resolution of employee concerns, grievances, or conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
Promote a positive work culture and team morale.
Training & Development
Help coordinate training sessions and compliance courses for staff.
- Monitor employee development plans and maintain training records.
Assist in evaluating training effectiveness.
Performance Management
Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
- Assist in goal setting, feedback, and evaluation processes.
Help department managers address underperformance issues professionally.
Payroll & HR Administration
Ensure timely and accurate submission of payroll data.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records, contracts, and documentation.
Assist with benefits administration and attendance tracking.
Compliance & HR Policies
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and hotel HR policies.
- Participate in internal audits and regulatory inspections.
- Keep updated with changes in labor legislation and HR best practices.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Experience: 3 to4 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Understanding of labor law and HR best practices.
- Experience in a unionized hotel environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
