Job Responsibilities

  • Cold call prospective leads and encourage enrollments
  • Provide telephonic counseling and invite leads for walk-in sessions
  • Counsel students and parents effectively during office visits
  • Convert walk-ins into enrollments
  • Follow up consistently with prospective candidates
  • Adapt counseling to meet individual student needs
  • Assist with the complete end-to-end application process
  • Generate leads through references and word of mouth
  • Advise students on study and internship opportunities abroad
  • Build and maintain strong professional rapport with clients

Candidate Requirements

  • Graduation or Post-Graduation in any field
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Target-driven, proactive, and able to work under pressure
  • Long-term commitment to the role
  • Ability to interact with students and parents from diverse backgrounds
  • Independent learner with research skills for best study options
  • Flexible with working hours
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
