About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and proactive Social Media Marketing Specialist who has the ability to make content go viral, build impactful online communities, and scale brand presence across platforms. The ideal candidate will not only manage content but also outsource design/video projects, and create ad campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies with a focus on viral growth and brand visibility.- Plan and post high-quality, trend-driven content (Reels, Stories, Shorts, Posts, Memes).
- Identify viral trends, challenges, and formats and adapt them to our brand
- Outsource and manage external vendors (graphic designers, video editors, content creators) when needed.
- Run paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads) to boost performance.- Track social media KPIs, analyze performance, and optimize strategies.
- Build and manage online communities by engaging with followers, responding to DMs, and creating buzz.
- Stay updated on emerging platforms, features, and growth hacks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Social media marketing experience of 3 to 5 years
- Proven ability to create or manage viral campaigns on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or Twitter/X.- Strong knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, and engagement tactics.
- Experience in Google & Meta ads- Knowledge of tools like Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, Buffer/Hootsuite, Google Analytics
- Strong copywriting & creative storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple brand campaigns remotely.
