We’re looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us elevate our online presence.

As our Social Media Manager & Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing social media strategies, managing our online presence, and driving digital marketing campaigns to enhance our brand awareness and customer engagement. Your role will involve crafting compelling content, analyzing performance metrics, and staying ahead of digital marketing trends building our instagram page,and updating our website.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram,LinkedIn
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, image, video) for all social media channels.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage customer interactions to build a loyal community.
- **Digital Marketing**:

- Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics platforms.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- **Content Creation & Strategy**:

- Develop content calendars and ensure timely and relevant content delivery.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers and instagram influencer, and other team members to produce high-quality content.
- Craft engaging copy and create visual content to support marketing initiatives and promotions.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:

- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media and digital marketing performance metrics.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to the management team.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing techniques, and SEO.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail and design.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
