My client, a global IT consultancy firm is now building up a Pega operation center in India with aggressive hiring plan.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and configure Pega applications using modern Pega Platform capabilities and best practices.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and participate in design reviews, code reviews, and performance tuning.
  • Collaborate with Business and Solution Architects to ensure solutions meet business objectives and technical standards.
  • Define and manage case lifecycles, data models, business rules, and integrations (REST, SOAP, JMS).
  • Build case management applications using Pega Constellation and ensure adherence to guardrails and enterprise governance.
  • Contribute to reusable frameworks, components, and shared assets
  • Support testing, deployment, and post-launch activities.
  • Stay updated on new Pega features to recommend improvements.
  • Apply Agile and DevOps practices, including CI/CD and cloud deployments.
  • Support test automation using PTAK, Selenium, Postman, or JUnit, and design reusable test cases.
  • Use SQL and APIs for data validation and integration testing.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Consulting or industry experience in financial services, insurance, or healthcare.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise Pega applications, case design, data modeling, and rule implementation.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in Agile environments.
  • Solid understanding of Pega architecture, case management, decision rules, flow rules, and integrations.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (Pega Cloud, AWS, Azure).
  • Experience with test automation tools and basic SQL/API knowledge.
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer/Information Science, MIS, IT, or related fields
  • Pega Certified System Architect (CSA)
