Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Pega Developer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-level Pega applications. The role involves leading large-scale Pega projects, creating BPM applications, integrating web services, designing frameworks and data models, and gathering business requirements. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Pega PRPC, Java-based applications, and project management to deliver scalable solutions that enhance process management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business managers to understand BPM application needs.
  • Design and develop Pega BPM applications aligned with business objectives.
  • Perform solution architecture within the Pega PRPC environment.
  • Create class structures, application frameworks, and data models.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure business and technical alignment.
  • Integrate business databases, legacy systems, and web services.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues, coding bugs, and bottlenecks.
  • Conduct system performance testing to ensure optimal application efficiency.
  • Maintain the security and compliance of system applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Pega Developer with strong hands-on expertise.
  • Advanced knowledge of Pega PRPC versions 5.x, 6.x, and 7.x.
  • Proficiency in J2EE, XML, Java, JSP, EJB.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of coding languages such as AngularJS, Java, JQuery.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies: JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, XML.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹200, ₹260,000.00 per month
