The product manager, we believe, is the key driver of a product company.

What are we looking for?

  • A responsible leader who will own up to the outcomes whatever they may be.
  • Someone with experience in working across multiple domains and getting a deep understanding of new domains, as needed
  • A curious soul who is already ready to listen and understand the problems first, the circumstances under which they occur, before even thinking of the solutions.
  • When it comes to the solutions, someone who has the ability to think out-of-the-box and holistically.
  • Anyone who is proactive and can merge new age ideas with old and proven methods of work
  • Continuously learning and sharing their knowledge (both work-related and movie gossips are welcome: D)
  • Who is a glue (we prefer fevicol) to the team right from the start to the end and after.
  • Loves every step of the product journey.
  • And a proactive hustler.

Skillsets :

  • Seasoned product manager with atleast 3-4 years of product experience in enterprise platform products. Needs to have demonstrated system & platform thinking. Must be able to build generic systems that can handle all permutations and combinations of workflows. Must be able to think and imbibe platform principles (modularity, integration friendly, configurability, scalability & globalisation).
  • Solid understanding of technical concepts - basics of architecture, system design, data models, databases, APIs, SDKs, integrations etc
  • Prior experience in dashboarding, analytics, and surfacing metrics that will help in key decision making.
  • Must be able to own, be accountable for, and drive forward products of a particular product track. Must be accountable for key product metrics and be responsble for the success of that track
  • Prior work ex in platform products such as Snowflake, Stripe, Figma etc
  • Someone can guide and supervise junior product team members in day to day activities
  • MBA from tier 1 or tier 2 schools

Other plus points:

  • Experience in 0 to 1 or 1 to 10 product journeys.
  • Knowledge about finace is a plus.
  • Has worked with AI/machine learning algorithms for any usecase is a plus.
