We are hiring for the position of Plumbing executive at our Bibwewadi location.

Job Description:-

Job Purpose:

To oversee and execute plumbing works at the project site as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and project timelines. Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with all statutory and design requirements related to water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Execution & Supervision

  • Execute and supervise all plumbing works including water supply, drainage, sewerage, rainwater harvesting, and sanitary systems.

  • Review and interpret plumbing layout drawings, GFCs, and BOQs for execution.
  • Coordinate with consultants, architects, and MEP design teams for technical clarifications and revisions.

  • Monitor and ensure work progress as per the approved project schedule.

  • Material Management

  • Prepare and verify material requirements as per drawings and specifications.

  • Inspect incoming plumbing materials and ensure compliance with quality standards.

  • Coordinate with the procurement team for timely availability of plumbing materials and fixtures.

  • Quality & Compliance

  • Conduct pressure tests, leak tests, and other quality checks for pipelines and fittings.

  • Maintain proper documentation of testing and inspection reports.

  • Coordination

  • Work closely with civil, electrical, and finishing teams for coordinated execution.

  • Liaise with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely and quality completion of plumbing works.

  • Coordinate with external agencies for water supply, drainage, and STP/UGT connections.

  • Safety & Site Management

  • Enforce safety measures and ensure plumbing works are carried out as per site safety protocols.

  • Maintain daily progress reports and update the site engineer / MEP manager.
