Job Summary:

We're seeking a skilled Multi-Service Technician with expertise in plumbing and electrical systems to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing and electrical systems

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in plumbing and electrical systems

  • Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards

  • Collaborate with other technicians and departments to resolve issues

  • Document maintenance activities and service reports

Requirements:

  • 2-7 years of experience in plumbing and electrical maintenance

  • Strong knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in plumbing and electrical trades (e.g., electrician license, plumbing certification)
