Role Objective

To provide legal advice to all departments as required. To represent the company in legal matters and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audit company functions for possible non-compliances and ensure remediation.
  • Provide guidance on legal matters related to employees.
  • Prepare documents for filing FIRs and for initiating legal suits.
  • Draft legal responses to external entities as required.
  • Represent the company in courts and legal proceedings.
  • Draft agreements and contracts between the company and external parties for business purposes.
  • Monitor and advise on changes in laws and ensure necessary actions to maintain compliance.
  • Provide legal support related to issues concerning company physical properties.
  • Develop and maintain a legal framework to support business operations.
  • Provide legal solutions for litigations filed against the company.

Reporting to: CFO

Experience: 15-20 years in corporate legal functions, including at least 5-7 years in a leadership role.
