Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage sales of admixtures such as construction chemicals, waterproofing products, epoxy, grouting materials, additives, resins, solvents, emulsions, and polyurethanes to customers in the building material industry.
- Develop strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
- Identify new sales opportunities through market research and networking within the industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets set by management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-7 years of experience in sales of admixtures or related fields (construction chemicals).
- Strong knowledge of various types of admixtures including construction chemicals like polymers & bitumen additives; waterproofing products like liquid applied membranes; epoxy systems; grouting materials; etc. .
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers at all levels.
