Key Responsibilities (Fresher – BPT/MPT)

  • Patient Care & Therapy
  • Assist in planning and delivering physiotherapy sessions under senior supervision.
  • Perform assessments, maintain therapy records, and track patient progress.
  • Ensure correct use of rehabilitation and robotic therapy equipment.
  • Maintain hygiene and safety during all treatment procedures.
  • Documentation & Reporting
  • Record daily session details, therapy outcomes, and attendance accurately.
  • Prepare brief progress summaries for reviews and team discussions.
  • Learning & Development
  • Participate in regular training, workshops, and case discussions.
  • Stay updated with new therapy techniques and assist seniors in clinical research or audits.
  • Team Collaboration
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (OT, Speech, Psychologist, etc.) for holistic rehab plans.
  • Support senior therapists in patient handling and community/outreach programs.
  • Professional Conduct
  • Maintain punctuality, professional behavior, and empathy towards patients.
  • Uphold Apricot Care's ethics, confidentiality, and service standards.

Work Mode:

  • Full-time Monday to Saturday [Rotational sundays working]
  • 8 Hours of Shift.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
