Responsibilities:
  • Identify and analyze user requirements and design technical solutions.
  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining Java applications that are often high-volume and low-latency, required for mission-critical systems.
  • Provide proper code documentation and implement configuration changes to packaged software applications to meet business requirements.
  • Review, test and debug team members' code.
  • Involve in testing and deploying application releases.
  • Mentoring junior staff and providing technical leadership on large-scale projects.
  • Interact with different development teams and Project Directors to design and in some cases implement new initiatives.
  • Recommend technical strategy and direction across functional areas.
  • Participate in development and evolution of architecture for various projects
  • Propose and manage budgets for projects.
  • Lead FullStack engineering development teams
  • Serve as a troubleshooter for coding and technical issues and help teams in complex bug fixes.
  • Act as a primary technical point of contact for external technology resources.
  • Work on multiple projects and monitor the work of teams.
  • Plan and execute strategies for completing projects on time.
  • Manage staff and assign tasks to Development teams
  • Prepare reports on the progress of the projects
  • Oversee projects resource allocation 
  • Training and KT for new employees
Skills and Experience:
  • 10+ years of Software Development experience including 3+ years of Management experience
  • Solid knowledge of data structures and a deep understanding of web technologies
  • Expertise in development languages including but not limited to: Java/J2EE, Python, JavaScript, JSP, C/C++, HTML and .Net
  • Experience in Public and Private Cloud Platforms (Azure / AWS / Google)
  • Understanding of API technologies such as REST & SOAP 
  • Strong knowledge of databases; both SQL and NoSQL
  • Knowledge in normalized data modeling principles and their application to complex business needs.
  • Knowledge of Message format(JSON, XML)
  • Experienced in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Quality Control, Device Integration & Infrastructure Security
  • Documentation skills with proficiency in presentation software to explain complex information to non-technical stakeholders 
  • Prior experience of working in Artificial intelligence and Machine Learning projects

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors or Masters from Premier Institutes preferred.
