Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Technician based in Andhra Pradesh, India. The Service Technician will be responsible for performing regular maintenance and repair of equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing field service support at customer locations. The role also involves interacting with customers to address technical concerns and ensure satisfaction with services provided.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Maintenance and Repair tasks to ensure equipment functionality.
  • Strong Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Experience in Field Service operations, including on-site inspections and support.
  • Exemplary Customer Service skills to maintain positive interactions with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and procedures in maintenance and repair work.
  • Diploma or certification in a relevant technical field is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in the electric vehicle or automotive industry is a plus.
