As a Visual Merchandiser at our premium furniture showroom in Aluva Kochi, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the visual appeal of our space to create a captivating and luxurious shopping experience for our high-end clientele. Your creative talents and customer-focused approach will be instrumental in showcasing our products effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement visually appealing in-store displays and layouts that align with our brand identity - Regularly update displays to highlight new arrivals, seasonal themes, and promotions - Ensure all visual merchandising elements contribute to a premium shopping experience - Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to strategically position products - Provide design suggestions and personalized product recommendations to our premium customers - Maintain the overall aesthetics and cleanliness of the showroom - Monitor the effectiveness of displays and propose improvements based on customer feedback Key Requirements: - Graduation in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred - Minimum of 1 year of experience in visual merchandising, particularly in furniture or luxury retail - Strong aesthetic sense and up-to-date knowledge of design trends - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work independently and think creatively - Willingness to work weekends or extended hours when necessary In addition to the above details, the job is a full-time, permanent position with day and evening shifts required.
