We're building Zingroll - a platform where cinematic AI content gets streamed (think YouTube, but with Netflix-level quality). In just the past months, over 40 million people have experienced Zingroll's content across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and beyond. Our team is expanding, building partnerships with influencers, and streamlining operations across India and the U.S.

We're looking for an
Operations Generalist
who can connect the dots - from organizing campus events and distributing content, to driving recruitment, partnerships, and smooth internal workflows.

What You'll Do:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing candidates, reaching out to placement cells, coordinating interviews, onboarding, contracts, and exit processes.
  • Track employee leaves, assist with payroll, and maintain accurate HR databases.
  • Keep logs of AI tool usage, software credits, and platform access.
  • Monitor resource allocation, project timelines, and ensure smooth delivery across teams.
  • Organize campus events and manage college-related outreach.
  • Expand presence to new colleges; create Instagram Stories, TikTok posts, and distribute content through student networks.
  • Identify pages and influencers for show announcements and carry out bulk outreach.
  • Take calls, negotiate, and manage partnerships with major influencers and accounts.

Who You Are

  • 0-2 years of experience in an operations, marketing or HR oriented role.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong multitasking abilities.
  • Confident communicator with solid negotiation and relationship skills.
  • Comfortable with social media, content distribution, and community outreach.
  • A proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
