ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Market Research and Data Collection through primary and secondary methods (internet research, interaction with the market experts and telephonic interactions).
  • Lead project end to end including location strategy analysis, design analysis, adding value to the retail advisory deliverables at any capacity.
  • Interacting with other team members from various cities to gather, compile database.
  • Updation and analysis of the retail real estate market periodically.
  • Mentoring and training of the junior team members in report preparation and skill set development.
  • Preparing case studies.
  • Analyzing market trends and capturing values across the city from real time database and stakeholder interactions.
  • Leading design advisory and handholding architects on retail layouts on AutoCAD.

REQUIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • 3-5 years of experience.
  • Mandatory requirement - Willing to travel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills Mandatory requirement.
  • Education background - bachelors in architecture and masters in urban planning / infrastructure planning / MBA from well-known institutions.
  • Mandatory Software Skills PPT, Excel, AutoCAD, Word, Photoshop and Sketchup (Working knowledge is preferred and the individual should be eager to adapt and excel in all of these software).
  • Working knowledge of ArcGIS will be an added advantage.
