Role Summary:

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our brand in the showroom. Your role is to understand customer needs, provide exceptional service, and drive sales while ensuring every visitor experiences the luxury, elegance, and uniqueness our brand represents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage with walk-in customers, providing a warm and personalized shopping experience
  • Understand customer preferences and provide product recommendations accordingly
  • Explain product features, materials, pricing, and design inspirations confidently
  • Assist in visual merchandising and maintain showroom aesthetics as per brand standards
  • Follow up with clients on queries, purchases, and special orders
  • Maintain sales records and support inventory tracking
  • Collaborate with the design and logistics team to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, new arrivals, and design trends
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Key Requirements:

  • 0 to 2 years of retail sales experience (Preferably in high-end or premium retail segments)
  • Freshers passionate about luxury sales, interiors, or design are encouraged to apply
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A flair for customer service and attention to detail
  • Confident, well-groomed, and presentable personality
  • Willingness to work in showroom hours, including weekends and public holidays
