Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive located in New Delhi. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing and developing client accounts, building strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and understanding client needs. Daily tasks include identifying new sales opportunities, presenting products and services, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver excellent service. The role also involves periodic travel to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Qualifications
- Client management, relationship building, and client satisfaction skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Sales experience and ability to identify new sales opportunities
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams and manage projects effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Experience in the luxury goods sector is a plus
- Ability to travel as required
