FRole Summary
Equiniti's 'Administrator' Analysts are core members of the Scrum Team. Senior Analysts are experts in the business and have extensive business and technical domain knowledge of the 'Administrator' product, enabling the E2E feedback loop from supporting the Product team in clarifying product needs through refining and delivering the solution within the Scrum Team and gathering feedback on the outcome. Senior Analysts constructively challenge the Product Owners and Stakeholders to define the real business problem behind the "expressed needs" to ensure that the team and Equiniti are solving the right problem.
Senior Analysts have a good understanding of the user-base and its needs, and utilise systems thinking capabilities in order to see and encompass the whole picture as well as story and task detail for sprints. They use Behaviour Driven Development collaboratively within their Scrum team to define outcomes and automated tests upfront ensuring the team understands the priority, rationale as well and the intended behaviour of the software.
Our Senior Analysts lead by example with an engaging open style and energy that people trust and believe in.
