Role & responsibilities

We're looking for an Innovation Engineer with a passion for construction technology to join our team. As an Innovation Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative solutions to complex construction challenges using cutting-edge technologies such as Building Information Modelling (BIM), virtual design and construction (VDC), and construction robotics.

  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to construction challenges using construction technology

  • Collaborate with project teams to identify areas for improvement and gather requirements

  • Design and test new solutions using prototyping and experimentation

  • Analyze data and metrics to measure solution effectiveness

  • Deploy and scale successful solutions across the organization

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in construction or a related industry

  • Proven experience with innovation, design thinking, and problem-solving

  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in construction software and technologies

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
