Role Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to take charge of our visual branding and packaging design. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in label and box design, mock-ups, and social media design. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a passion for design, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing packaging, assets, and social media design.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of branding, color theory, typography, and layout design.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Packaging Design:

  • Develop and design labels for various products.

  • Create mock-ups for product packaging.

  • Design innovative and functional box designs.

  • Conceptualize and execute ADD+ pack designs (e.g., spice mix packs, spray cards).

Assets Design:

  • Design merchandise such as interactive game boards, giveaways, postcards, and more.

  • Create visually appealing designs for bar setups and related materials.

  • Develop collaterals for events, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.

Social Media:

  • Design engaging social media slates and stories for announcements and promotions.

  • Edit and enhance videos for social media platforms.

  • Edit and retouch photos to align with the brand's visual style.
