About the Job

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for the visual identity and communication of the company. You will need to have a strong portfolio of creative work, as well as the ability to translate business requirements into visually appealing designs. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team and be able to meet deadlines under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Create and design a variety of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and social media graphics.
  • Work with clients to understand their needs and create designs that meet their goals.
  • Collaborate with other designers and team members to create a cohesive brand identity.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and software.
  • Maintain a high level of quality and accuracy.

Qualifications Must Have Skills

  • 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
  • Proficiency in typography, colour theory, and layout
  • Proficiency in Graphic Design Platforms such as Canva, Figma
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong portfolio of work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

Good to Have

  • Experience with web design
  • Experience with motion graphics
  • Experience with social media marketing
  • Experience with print production
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
