Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8+ years of proven experience in Finance & Accounting operations and a strong working knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud Fusion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring robust financial governance, process optimization, and system alignment with business needs across all F&A functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end Finance & Accounting processes, including Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Order to Cash (O2C).
  • Lead and manage the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle ERP Cloud Fusion modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, etc.).
  • Act as a liaison between Finance and IT for system enhancement requests, issue resolution, and new module rollouts.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory financial reporting requirements.
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives across the F&A function.
  • Monitor internal controls and ensure adherence to audit and compliance policies.
  • Support business units with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Prepare management reports and dashboards leveraging data from Oracle Fusion.
  • Train and guide the finance team on ERP usage and best practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
  • Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in core finance functions.
  • Strong understanding of Finance & Accounting processes and controls.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Cloud Fusion is essential.
  • Experience in system migrations, implementations, or upgrades is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with IT and business stakeholders.
  • Strong MS Excel and financial reporting skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with shared services or global finance operations.
  • Knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP.
  • Exposure to other ERP tools (e.g., SAP, NetSuite) in addition to Oracle.
