Position: Room Attendant

Location: Dwarka Sector-10, Delhi

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹23,000 per month (inclusive/negotiable)

Benefits: PF & ESI coverage, meals/food provided,

Reports to: Housekeeping Supervisor / Floor Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean, service and maintain assigned guest rooms in accordance with hotel/resort/establishment standards—beds, bathrooms, furniture, floors.
  • Change bed-linen, replace towels, replenish guest room supplies (toiletries, etc).
  • Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, polish surfaces, clean bathrooms, discard trash.
  • Service corridors, public areas (as required) and comply with housekeeping checklists.
  • Maintain the housekeeping trolley/cart: stocked, clean, organized.
  • Report any maintenance issues (broken equipment, fixtures, etc), lost & found items, and any damage to rooms.
  • Respect guest privacy and security: ensure safe handling of keys, room access, adhere to lost-and-found policy.
  • Follow health, safety, hygiene and workplace policies in cleaning procedures and chemical/equipment usage.

Qualification & Skills

  • Basic education (10th/12th) preferred.
  • Prior experience in housekeeping or hotel room attendant role is an advantage (may be optional depending on your requirement).
  • Good physical stamina: local mobility, bending, lifting, standing for long periods c787a971a3554-
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards.
  • Should be comfortable working in shifts (morning/evening/night) and on weekends/holidays if required.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to liaise with supervisor and other staff.

Working Conditions & Other Details

  • Location: Dwarka Sector-10 (ensure commute is manageable for candidate).
  • Working hours: [Specify shift hours, e.g., 8 hours per day, 6 days a week
  • Meals lunch provided on -site / at subsidized cost / free (depending on your policy).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹83,520.97 per month
