Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Corporate Lawyer at SaaS Universe. The Corporate Lawyer will be responsible for handling the organization's legal matters, including drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and mitigating risks. Key duties include advising on corporate governance, managing intellectual property rights, and supporting in resolving legal disputes and litigation as needed. The lawyer will collaborate with internal departments to address legal concerns and maintain adherence to legal and ethical standards in business operations.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Corporate Law, including contract law, corporate governance, and compliance regulations
  • Strong skills in drafting, negotiation, and legal document review
  • Experience in risk mitigation, intellectual property rights, and litigation management
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with remote collaboration tools
  • Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution
  • Licensed to practice law in applicable jurisdiction(s)
