Job Overview:

The Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting the company's paper corrugation box products, identifying new market opportunities, and supporting sales growth. This role involves developing marketing strategies, building customer relationships, and increasing brand awareness within the target market segment.

Key Responsibilities:


• Identify and target potential clients and markets for paper corrugation boxes.


• Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to promote products.


• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitors.


• Prepare and present sales pitches, proposals, and product presentations to clients.


• Coordinate with the production and sales teams to ensure customer requirements are met.


• Manage and update the company's digital presence, including website, social media, and online catalogs.


• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company's offerings.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.


• Assist in developing pricing strategies and promotional offers.


• Prepare sales reports, competition analysis, and market feedback for management review.


• Support the development of marketing collaterals, product brochures, and promotional materials.


• Monitor customer satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:


• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.


• 2-4 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the packaging or paper industry.


• Good understanding of the paper corrugation industry and product applications.


• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


• Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms.


• Ability to analyze market data and prepare reports.


• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:


• Experience with CRM software.


• Knowledge of industry-specific marketing tools and techniques.
