Dermatologist Position ( Procedural Dermatologist)

Requirements

  • MD/Diploma/DNB in dermatology with minimum 1 year experience in procedural dermatology
  • Laser experience preferable - Diode, CO2, NdYag, RF Microneedling (Procedure Training available for selected candidates)
  • Hair transplant experience is a plus
  • Good rapport with team members and patients is a must. We will obtain peer, former employer and teacher referrals during hiring process
  • Leadership qualities preferable

Working Mode -
Full time /Part time

  • Working hours: Negotiable
  • Basic salary + Procedure incentive - one of the best remuneration in Kerala. Negotiable based on procedure experience and existing patient base
  • Our Current procedural dermatologist earns more than 3 lakhs INR per month. Salary will be revised annually based on your performance
  • Procedure incentive calculated based on the entire amount billed excluding consumables
  • Partnership opportunity available after first year for long term commitments. You will be a shareholder for the clinic and revenue from Plastic surgery services, Hair loss treatment and dermatology will be shared
  • Scheduled patient visits, Labs and Pharmacy onsite
  • Lasers machines are fully available to you on day one onwards
  • Will Market your profile in the community using TV interviews, newspaper articles, training videos and which will be valuable for your future
  • Optional training opportunities of domestic and international in procedural dermatology
