Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced iOS Lead Developer, who has working knowledge of Android development to join our team. As the Lead Applications Developer, you will be responsible for leading a team of iOS and Android developers to develop application to make the lives of every field worker in the world easier. Responsibilities: ● Lead a team of iOS and Android developers in the design, development, testing, and deployment of applications. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, backend developers, project managers, and quality assurance engineers to ensure successful project delivery. ● Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members to ensure code quality and adherence to project requirements. ● Develop and maintain technical documentation for our iOS application. ● Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in iOS development and provide recommendations for new technologies and approaches to improve our products and processes. ● Manage and mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to help them grow and succeed in their roles. ● Participate in the recruitment and hiring process of new developers. ● Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that follows best practices and coding standards.
Requirements: ● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field. ● Minimum of 3 years of experience in iOS development, including experience with Objective-C or Swift programming languages, and familiarity with iOS SDKs and Xcode. ● Proven experience in leading a team of iOS developers to design, develop, and deliver high-quality iOS applications. ● Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies, including agile development. ● Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams. ● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously. ● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. ● Experience with Git and code versioning systems. ● Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating with backend services. ● Experience with third-party libraries and frameworks. ● Experience with automated testing and continuous integration. ● Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality products.
