Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Production Merchandiser role in Gurugram at Powersutra which involves day-to-day tasks such as managing production schedules, coordinating with suppliers and manufacturers, ensuring quality standards, and optimizing inventory levels to support the production process. Onboarding new manufacturers & factories and negotiating the best possible rates while maintaining the quality. Candidate will be responsible for getting the production made on best possible rates from external manufacturers while maintaining quality and within the timeline. Candidate should be very good at following up with the vendors to maintain timelines for the production and should have contacts of manufacturers and should be able to onboard them, who can do low as well as high MOQs.

Candidates with experience in retail/online brands will be preferred.
