Job Title: Architectural Drafter – Entry Level

Work Schedule: U.S. Shifts (Night Shifts – IST)

Experience Level: Fresher / Recent Graduate (0–1 Year)

About the Role:

We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented, and proactive Architectural Drafter to join our design and development team. This role is ideal for Civil Engineering graduates with 90% and above academic performance who are excellent in CAD, quick with Excel, and capable of handling multiple tasks such as drafting, data organization, and presentation design.

The position offers the opportunity to work on U.S.-based real estate and construction projects, gaining exposure to international design standards and professional growth in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare accurate Site Plans & Architectural drawings including:

· Tenant Fit-out Layouts

· Interior Layouts

· Furniture Plans

· Subdivision Plans

• Support the design team in preparing construction drawings, presentation layouts, and revisions using AutoCAD.
• Create PowerPoint presentations and pitch decks integrating design drawings and project visuals.
• Use Excel for drawing registers, quantity take-offs, and schedules.
• Ensure precision, consistency, and adherence to drafting standards in all deliverables.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to incorporate design modifications.
• Manage multiple drafting and documentation tasks simultaneously with accuracy.
• Demonstrate proactive thinking, effective communication, and a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 90% and above in academics.
• Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers encouraged to apply).
• Technical Skills:
• Excellent in AutoCAD (2D drafting a must; 3D knowledge a plus).
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint – for reports, schedules, and visual presentations.
• Ability to create and modify site plans, fit-out layouts, interiors, and subdivision plans accurately.
• Familiarity with U.S. design and construction documentation standards (preferred, not mandatory).
• Soft Skills:
• Exceptional attention to detail and drafting accuracy.
• Quick learner, multitasker, and proactive thinker.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to work in U.S. time zones (night shifts).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
