About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer to join our professional services team. This role involves designing, deploying, and maintaining advanced cloud and network environments, automating workflows, and ensuring seamless migrations and integrations for our clients. You will serve as a technical expert, supporting internal teams and clients while driving innovation in cloud, security, and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute migrations to Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and Entra ID environments, ensuring security, compliance, and minimal downtime.
  • Design, configure, and troubleshoot advanced network architectures including firewalls, switching, routing, VPNs, and wireless networks.
  • Develop automation frameworks and DevOps pipelines using Terraform, Ansible, GitHub Actions, or similar tools to optimize deployments.
  • Write and maintain scripting solutions (PowerShell, Python, Bash) to streamline operations and client environments.
  • Perform SQL database administration including migrations, performance tuning, and integrations with enterprise systems.
  • Collaborate with project managers and leadership to ensure technical scope aligns with client deliverables.
  • Provide technical documentation, diagrams, and knowledge transfer for clients and internal teams.
  • Act as a subject matter expert to support sales engineers, vCIOs, and service desk escalations.
  • Stay current with emerging cloud, security, and DevOps technologies and recommend improvements.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of hands-on IT experience, including 5+ years in engineering roles.
  • Strong background in Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID, and Intune deployments.
  • Advanced networking skills: routing, switching, VPN, VLAN, cloud network design (Cisco Meraki, WatchGuard, Palo Alto, or similar).
  • Proficient in scripting (PowerShell required; Python and SQL strongly preferred).
  • Experience with DevOps practices and automation tools (CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of SQL databases (configuration, migration, optimization).
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills across server, cloud, and network environments.
  • Strong communication and documentation abilities.
