Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Development

  • Design, configure, and develop Xceptor workflows, templates, rules, and automation modules.
  • Build data ingestion processes using Xceptor Connectors (e.g., APIs, SFTP, email, databases).
  • Develop and optimize data transformation, enrichment, validation, and exception-handling logic.
  • Create reconciliation solutions for multi-source data comparison and break identification.

Technical Delivery & Support

  • Perform requirement analysis and convert business needs into technical specifications.
  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and performance tuning of Xceptor workflows.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
  • Maintain documentation for workflows, data mappings, and processes.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with business analysts, operations teams, and SMEs to gather requirements.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to support test planning and defect resolution.
  • Coordinate with infrastructure and support teams to ensure smooth deployment and environment stability.

Compliance & Best Practices

  • Implement banking and regulatory controls within Xceptor solutions.
  • Ensure data quality standards, auditability, and operational controls are adhered to.
  • Follow SDLC, change management, and version control guidelines.
