1. Xceptor Development

  • Design and build Xceptor workflows, rules, templates, and automation solutions.
  • Develop ingestion processes for structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data (Excel, CSV, XML, JSON, PDFs, SWIFT messages, vendor files, etc.).
  • Create data transformation, validation, enrichment, and exception-handling logic.
  • Implement matching and reconciliation solutions using Xceptor's reconciliation engine.
  • Optimize workflows for performance, scalability, and error handling.

2. Integration & Automation

  • Integrate Xceptor with upstream/downstream systems (e.g., core banking, trade capture, CRM, risk engines, data lakes, MDM, etc.).
  • Work with APIs, SFTP, message queues, and database connections to automate end-to-end data flows.
  • Enable STP (Straight-Through Processing) for critical processes.

3. Business & Domain Collaboration

  • Work closely with business users from Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Collateral, KYC, Payments, Securities, Treasury, or Insurance teams.
  • Translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
  • Support UAT, production deployment, and post-go-live support.

4. Quality & Documentation

  • Maintain documentation for workflows, mappings, job schedules, and release notes.
  • Ensure adherence to SDLC, change management, and regulatory compliance standards in BFSI.
