Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with district managers to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-8 years of experience in retail management or related field (apparel, fashion retail).
  • Strong knowledge of retail store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data to inform decision-making.
